located 12 miles east of the resort town of St. Andrews-by-the-Sea, New Brunswick and 20 miles from the international border between Canada and the USA at St. Stephen/ Calais, Paradox Point is conveniently located to enjoy private shorefront living while having access to all amenities.
The seascape from the shore lots of Paradox Point is framed by the New Brunswick coast, Maine coast, St. Andrews-by-the-Sea, and the many islands of the Passamaquoddy Bay. From your house, you can look across the bay and watch the Canada Day fireworks in St. Andrews on July 1st, to be followed by the July 4 Independence Day fireworks in Eastport, Maine.
To find Paradox Point from St. Andrews take Route 127 towards Saint John for approximately 10 miles then turn right onto Fiander Road, then just follow the signs from there.
